Europe Doesn’t Need More Studies. It Needs Shovels.
A message from European Infrastructure Fund

Europe is facing three simultaneous crises:
1. Energy security after decades of dependency
2. A €800 billion annual infrastructure investment gap (European Commission, 2024)
3. The fastest de-industrialisation of any major bloc on the planet
Everyone agrees something must be done.
Everyone then writes another report.
We don’t write reports.
We write cheques.
European Infrastructure Fund is a 100 % privately funded, privately owned platform created for one purpose: to finance and deliver strategic, sovereign-approved infrastructure across the EU and EEA at speed and scale — without adding a single euro of public debt.
Since inception we have mobilised capital for:
- Next-generation transmission grids and offshore wind connectors
- High-speed freight and passenger rail (including Baltic–Adriatic corridors)
- Strategic port expansions and LNG/regas terminals
- Pan-European fibre and 5G/6G backbone
- Resilient water and district-heating modernisation
- Critical raw materials logistics and processing hubs
Every project follows the same non-negotiable rules:
- Zero recourse to national budgets
- BOT or PPP structures → full ownership reverts to Member States or public utilities
- Local supply-chain integration (minimum 65 % EU/EEA content)
- Strict ESG and EU Taxonomy alignment — audited, not aspirational
We are not a fund looking for LPs.
We do not run beauty contests.
We do not wait for the next MFF cycle.
If you are a national ministry, transmission system operator, port authority, or municipal utility with a fully approved, bankable project that has been stuck in “awaiting co-financing” limbo, one email changes everything.

The capital is already allocated.
The engineers are on standby.
The only thing missing is your signature.
Europe’s infrastructure will either be built by Europeans, for Europeans — or someone else will build it for us.
We choose the first option.
